JSR-168 Compliant Portlets

JSR-168 compliant portlets that are known to work with Liferay Portal are listed here. Some of the portlets are commercial and some are available under various open source licenses. Please contact us at staff@liferay.com if you would like us to promote your portlet.

	Cogix - www.cogix.com Cogix is the creator of ViewsFlash, a portlet that provides surveys, polls, and tests. Their software is feature rich and completely customizable.

	PortletBridge - www.portletbridge.org PortletBridge is a web proxy portlet that allows you to bring in content from external sites into the portal. It supports various authentication schemes and uses XSL to rewrite content from external sites.

	PortletWorks - www.portletworks.com PortletWorks delivers products such as InfoView, InfoPublisher, InfoAlert, Stock, and Weather. Their portlets are robust and geared for the enterprise.

	Sokol Development - www.leonardsokol.com/LS Sokol Development (a.k.a L&S or Pieontaue) is the creator of the popular Help Desk IFrame for small to mid size firms. You can download the Help Desk, the CVS or post a request or bug on the tracker.

	Sun - developers.sun.com Sun provides ShowTime, Bookmarks, Notepad, and Weather portlets as freestanding code samples to illustrate the use of the JSR-168 specification. All of the portlets work except for the Weather portlet because it requires JSP 1.2 and some of the application servers that Liferay supports do not yet support JSP 1.2.

	SyncEx - www.syncex.com SyncEx Collaboration Portlets gives Enterprise Portal customers the ability to integrate Microsoft Exchange emails, appointments, contacts, and tasks into their portals quickly and easily. The SyncEx Portlets provide real-time integration and enablement of Outlook/ Microsoft Exchange features from inside the portal.
